it's pretty evident that my body hates me, so it decided to show the love in the best way possible - yesterday morning, i was standing at the side of my bed with my bag on the floor. somehow, my treacherous right leg [which i dislocated 4 months ago] gets hooked on the goddamn thing and next thing you know, i'm on the floor against my bookshelf with my right kneecap dislocated.
a-fucking-gain.
i was stuck in that position for about 45 minutes before the ambulance finally showed up, and took me away to the hospital.
the next morning, i underwent surgery on my right knee to tighten the loose ligaments and shave off bits of my meniscus so that the kneecap sits properly and doesn't keep popping out.
AGONY AGONY AGONY PAIN OH GOD IT HURTS SO MUCH.
i kept vomiting after the operation and couldn't eat at all the whole day. had to have two painkiller jabs since i coudln't take it in tablet form.
i really don't wanna sound whiny but god, my leg is giving me fucking hell. i'll have to go for physio later today, and i'm going to have to bend my leg 90 degrees and learn how to lift my leg up again.
in a way, i'm glad i'll be going for physio because i swear, anything will be better than my leg just staying in this position and hurting. the painkillers aren't having much effect on me.
but i'm also really dreading it too because moving it is going to be incredibly painful and after all those months of physio, all the time and money i spent on it only for this to happen again, i just feel so cheated. and all the plans i made for the next two months have just gone WHOOSH down the drain.
i'll be missing shem's, jon's and michelle's parties. i'll be missing mufti day. i'll be missing my UK trip. i'll be missing prom. i won't even be able to audition for prom since i can't play the piano with my stupid leg like this. feel like clawing my face off.
i'm gonna go now. starting to feel sick. guh.
